City Hall at 8301 Valley Creek Road during regular business hours to make your dog legal. You need to renew every two years, and rabies vaccination proof must be presented when purchasing your initial dog license.
Once at Woodbury’s off-leash dog park you can use the pet watering station, pet waste disposal station and trash containers freely. Your dog must be leashed upon entry and exit to the park. Inside the park owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior and feces. Bags are provided for feces disposal at the waste disposal station. There is also an informational kiosk which posts the rules of the park. All dog training devices are prohibited at the park to prevent aggressive behavior. Caution should be the rule when children are in the park. Parents should not allow children to approach unknown dogs without owner permission.
