Testicular Torsion Symptoms

Many times Testicular Torsion symptoms are present in young adolescent boys between 10 - 13 but Testicular Torsion can occur to any male. The left testicle is mostly affected however there are cases where both testicles are affected. Symptoms of Testicular Torsion include swelling of the scrotum, pain, dizziness and nausea due to pain in the testicle. Because typically Testicular Torsion affects one testicle severe pain in one testicle is a common symptom. There can also be general lower abdominal pain due to the stress on the testicle. Sometimes the scrotum exhibits redness tenderness or swelling.
