Alternative Work Arrangements
I work at a large company with many sites around the world. Recently i've been hearing of all our troubles with space at our offices. We can't keep building out and expanding into more floors. So as a result we're looking at Alternative Work Arrangements where we use Office Hoteling and Hotdesking to accomodate more workers in less space. This is in addition to more relaxed flexhours and work at home telecommuting plans. Alternative Work Arrangements are the future as it saves companies many dollars becoming more flexable vs demanding all employees occupy a cube in valuable office space.
