Raising Money For A No Kill Animal Shelter
Last Christmas I created a website called PetsFund.Com. My hope was to get people to do Christmas shopping through the affiliate links and then donate the comission to Pleading Paws Pet Rescue of Zimmerman Minnesota. This is a no kill animal shelter that operates based on donations. Unfortunately we only raised $30.00. This year I thought i'd try something differen't. Since the site is now a year old it's gotten a small amount of page rank. This makes buying advertising space a viable way to rais funds for this Minnesota animal shelter. If this model works I should be able to repeat the effort each year. My goal is to sell 90 text links for $10.00 each. That is a significant amount more than we did last year.
