Coaching Employees
For you Managers, sometimes you need to play the "Coach" of the team where you give the rah rah type speeches to your group. In business even though people work to get a paycheck they look to a leader just as a Football team looks to a coach to get them fired up. If you feel your team is getting worn down due to a high level of service requests you may want to call them together and put your coach role hat on and give a pep talk that puts you in a coaching envronment and gets your team fired up on keeping those employees working and selling.
