TurboTax Please Insert A Disk 1 Install Problem
So I got my TurboTax 2005 Software today which I purchased from Amazon.Com I pop the CD in and get this message.
Please insert a disk 1 that contains the file: 32\bit\local\easystep\stepfinishexit.xml
No matter which CD-Rom drive I used it would not install. Turns Out I got a CD that only works with the Mac and not Windows. Lucky TurboTax is replacing the CD, glad I tried to install TurboTax now vs tax season.
