USB External Hard Drive For Automatic Backup

So i'm a bit paranoid about my data and wanted a more automatic way of ensuring my web and business data is backed up. I hate tapes and my manual file copy & DVD Burning wasn't cutting it. I found a slick 160GB USB External Hard Drive from Western Digital on Amazon.Com that claims to have a one touch and automatic backup.

Installation of the USB External Hard Drive was easy, just drop the CD-Rom in and let it install the backup software. Then plug in the AC power and USB cable and put the feet on the drive and push the power button. My Windows XP computer instantly detected the external USB hard drive and when I pushed one other buttons I was prompted to setup a daily or weekly automatic backup. Easy as that.
