Keeping Your Job During A Merger Or Acquisition
In 2006 the company I work for did two corporate acquisitions. Being an IT Manager I played a big part in both mergers and had a chance to see who kept their jobs and who didn't. I wrote an article documenting my thoughts on how a person might keep their job or even be promoted during a corporate acquisition. I plan to review it should my own company every be bought out.
