Mall Of America Waterpark Prompts Lawsuit
It appears that there may be a Mall Of America Water Park after all. The officals at The Mall Of America have decided to sue over the Water Park Of America's use of a name similar to the mall's name. Originally in 2003 they seemed fine with the name but now that the Mall Of America may have a waterpark of their own as a second Bloomington Water Park they are trying to ensure that there is no confusion between the Water Park Of America and a possible Mall Of America Waterpark.
