2006 Minneapolis Food And Wine Show
We hit the Minneapolis Food and Wine Show last night. For 2006 the food and wine show seemed smaller, most noticeably the large food sampler from Lunds and Bylerly's was missing or at least not easy to see as in past years. Still the Food and Wine show is a must go event for anyone who likes trying wine and sampling delicious food from fine Minneapolis restaurants. One vendor that stood out for the quality of their samples was Jamies Truffles. These wonderful truffles pair excellently with a good red and come in great flavors like Baileys Irish Creme. Best of all Jamies's Truffles are fresh because they contain no preservatives so they must also be enjoyed soon after purchase.
